オンライン授業におけるビデオ通話ツール変更のご案内

平素より当社オンライン家庭教師サービスをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
これまで授業で使用してまいりましたビデオ通話ツール「Skype」につきまして、2025年5月をもってサービスの提供が終了することとなりました。これに伴い、5月以降のすべてのオンライン授業は「Google Meet」にて実施させていただきます。

■ 授業リンクの共有について
今後のGoogle Meetの授業リンクは、Google Classroom内の「授業 / Classwork」タブにある「資料 / materials」として共有されます。
・担当講師ごとのMeetリンクが掲載されます。
・複数の講師が担当する場合は、講師ごとに異なるMeetリンクが用意されますので、ご確認の際はご注意ください。

■ Google Meetの接続確認のお願い
Skypeは5月以降一切ご利用いただけなくなります。そのため、スムーズな授業の実施のために、各ご家庭と担当講師の間で、事前にGoogle Meetリンクの確認および接続テストを必ず行っていただきますようお願いいたします。

■ 他ツールでの授業をご希望の場合
Google Meet以外のビデオ通話ツールでの授業をご希望の場合は、やむを得ない事情に限り個別に対応させていただきますので、お気軽にご相談ください。

Change of Video Call Platform for Online Lessons

Greetings all,
Thank you very much for using our online tutoring services.
As previously conducted, we have been using Skype as our video communication tool. However, please be informed that Skype services will be discontinued as of May 2025. In line with this, all online lessons will be transitioned to “Google Meet” starting in May.

■ Sharing of Lesson Links
Moving forward, lesson links for Google Meet will be shared as “Materials” under the “Classwork” tab in Google Classroom.
・The specific Google Meet link is assigned for each tutor in charge.
・If your child has multiple tutors, each tutor will have their own unique Meet link, so please be sure to check accordingly.

■ Request to Confirm Google Meet Access
Since Skype will no longer be available after May, we kindly ask that each family and their assigned tutor confirm the Google Meet link and conduct a connection test in advance to ensure smooth lesson delivery.

■ If You Wish to Use a Different Video Tool
Should you prefer to use a platform other than Google Meet, we are happy to accommodate such requests individually only in exceptional circumstances. Please feel free to reach out.
